Bill has over 20 years of experience in a combination of mortgage lending and escalating leadership and managerial roles. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business management as well as a master's degree in technology business management. He is also a graduate of Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. The combination of his experience and education establishes a very stable base of ethical and relevant people and technical skills to make the home financing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for members.
Bill is very active in the community as an Ambassador for the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce, a committee member for the Tri-City Association of Realtors, and a board member for the Young Leadership Society for the United Way.
