Ben Richardson
Ben is one of those whip-smart financial professionals with a knack for demystifying data. He routinely translates complex financial information into actionable insights benefitting Numerica’s organizational well-being.
A catalyst for profitable initiatives, Ben’s career trajectory is dotted with increasingly demanding senior leadership roles. He joined Numerica as its SVP of Finance in 2019. He was named acting CFO in 2021 and CFO in 2022. Prior to joining the credit union, he analyzed mergers and acquisitions and led capital planning for a large regional bank. All told, his resume lists more than two decades of experience in banking and corporate finance.
Ben received a finance degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from Ohio University, where he was the program’s valedictorian. He’s also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, an American Bankers Association program in partnership with the renowned Wharton School.

He’s also a contributor around Spokane, serving on the boards for Northwest Autism Center and Riverview Retirement Community.
