Video Banking is a way to do much of what you would accomplish inside a Numerica branch — but through a video call. Members can enjoy face-to-face service with a Numerica team member wherever they are.
Video Banking works through a secure connection accessed through your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You simply need a device that has a camera and can connect to the internet. To start a call, select the chat button on the bottom-right of the screen (available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays). You can also schedule an appointment online or by calling 800.433.1837.
