Her expertise includes ACH origination, merchant services, remote deposit capture, account analysis and commercial sweeps. She has a genuine interest in serving Numerica's business members by sharing her knowledge and skills in order to enhance their busy lives. Michelle holds an MBA as well as a bachelor's in business management, and she serves on the board of directors for Valley Christian School in Spokane Valley.
