Meet Lisa Bugas

Bio

Lisa leads Numerica’s charitable giving and in the Tri-Cities, working to create meaningful partnerships that support local nonprofits and uplift the community. She takes a hands-on approach – building relationships, managing donations, and uncovering creative ways Numerica can make an impact where it’s needed most.

With a degree in recreation and tourism management from Central Washington University, Lisa has been bringing people together since 2012. In 2024, she was honored with the Athena Young Professional Leadership Award from the Tri-Cities Chamber. At Numerica, she helps turn mission into action by:

• Directing Numerica’s charitable giving strategy in the Tri-Cities
• Connecting nonprofits to Numerica’s Cares for Kids initiative
• Managing events, sponsorships, and campaigns
• Leading volunteer recruitment efforts for the Tri-Cities employees.

Lisa has always been inspired by the words of Mr. Rogers: "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." She strives to be one of those helpers, encouraging those around her to lead with authenticity, kindness, and a commitment to giving back. She puts that into action through her work with Communities in Schools of Benton-Franklin and the Boys & Girls Club. When she’s off the clock, she's on the move, spending time with family and making memories with her husband and kids.
