Meet Kayla,
the Branch Manager
Kayla’s a leader who encourages everyone to shine — service is her North Star. She guides the growth and development of team members and builds strong relationships across the community. She cares, and it shows.
At the South Hill branch, she and her team help members live well by:
- Fulfilling dreams with the right loan*
- Driving outstanding member experiences
- Helping people build or rebuild credit
Kayla joined Numerica as a service representative in 2012. Today, the South Hill resident is responsible for all aspects of operations at her neighborhood branch.
Away from work, her favorite places include the local softball fields and her hometown of Moses Lake.
