With grants for 21 regional nonprofits, Numerica Credit Union distributed more than $372,000 through the 2024 Numerica Charitable Fund.

Grants focus on building brighter futures

Distributing the grants

Numerica team members surprised the nonprofits with customized cakes revealing the amount the organization was granted. The funds will be used to provide housing, meals, education, and more.

“You can imagine how thrilled we are to have our friends at Numerica by our side to make sure that children and their families have the food they need,” said Jason Clark, Second Harvest CEO. “Numerica is such a shining example of the good in the world, supporting not just Second Harvest but also other amazing nonprofits. We’re so grateful for Numerica’s kindness and can’t wait to see the positive impact we’ll make together.”

How the Numerica Charitable Fund works

The Numerica Charitable Fund is funded by Numerica members through Skip a Pay, a voluntary program available on certain loans. Members may skip a monthly loan payment once every 6 months for a $30 fee. That fee contributes to the Charitable Fund to support community nonprofits.
