Bio

Scott is a principal at Plumb & Associates LLC, a Spokane CPA firm. As a Certified Public Accountant, he has lent vital expertise to the Numerica Board of Directors (since 2012) and Audit Committee (since 2018 and 2010-2012). Scott also serves on other nonprofit boards. 

One of his favorite ways to give back to others is through teaching. Scott currently teaches accounting and taxation as an adjunct at Whitworth University.

Scott grew up in Las Vegas, where he had an accounting and taxation practice for over 20 years. Scott became a Numerica member when he moved to Spokane Valley, where he's lived since 2005.

Scott attended the University of Nevada, BYU, and graduated from the University of Phoenix. He received his Executive MBA from the University of Idaho in 2013. 

During his spare time, he enjoys traveling, gardening, playing with grandchildren, and spending quality time with his wife, Sandra.
