Bio

Chris is a partner at Parkwood Business Properties, a North Idaho commercial real estate company. In that role, he oversees almost 1 million square feet of assets. This includes commercial, industrial, medical, tech-flex, and retail property. He also manages new leads, site selection, financing, and construction execution.

Previously, Chris handled development at Legacy Partners Residential in Seattle. There, he developed the $75 million Legacy at Pratt Park, an urban, mixed-use luxury apartment project. The project received national recognition from the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Chris gives back to his community in many ways. His board service includes the Coeur d’Alene Area Economic Development Corporation, the ignite CDA urban renewal agency, and the Urban Land Institute Idaho. He is past chair of the Kootenai Health Foundation.

Chris holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Washington — an MBA and masters in urban planning.

Chris and his wife, Sara, enjoy skiing at Schweitzer and playing on Hayden Lake with their two sons.
