Building community is Martha’s passion. She loves everything about it: strengthening business relationships, developing people, refining processes until things run like clockwork.

At the Downtown branch, Martha and her team help members live well by:

• Matching lending solutions to unique needs
• Helping people build or rebuild their credit
• Driving outstanding member experiences

Martha has helped captain Numerica branches since 2016. She earned her master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University. An active volunteer, she serves causes close to her heart, such as her local PTO board. Her favorite times are with her family. They love the lake, game nights, and shooting hoops.
