Strong teams create outstanding member experiences, and Natalie’s leadership drives both. Relationship focused and business savvy, Natalie leads all aspects of operations, training, and planning for the U-City branch. But her favorite role is strengthening and elevating her team in their own leadership pursuits.

In the financial industry since 2015, Natalie joined the Numerica family in 2021. She helps members live well financially by:

• Matching lending solutions to unique needs
• Helping build or rebuild credit
• Driving outstanding member experiences

Fun fact: Natalie once spent a season as a sous chef at Byrd Field Camp in Antarctica. (She has a degree in culinary arts.) An avid traveler, she’s been to the North Pole as well. Natalie also goes the distance for her community. Her go-to volunteer outlet is Big Table, an organization that cares for restaurant and hospitality workers in crisis. She loves reading, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and dogs.
